Our Mission
The Woodall Law Firm is a full-service boutique law firm comprised of trial and transactional attorneys whose core values are integrity, excellence, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Our mission is to help our clients succeed by developing strong relationships and providing world-class legal services.
After practicing law for decades at top Houston law firms, Dan Woodall wanted to provide his clients with “big firm” quality, sophistication, and expertise but in a small firm environment free from the conflicts, rate pressures, and overhead burdens inherent in all large law firms. Consequently, in August 2016, Dan co-founded Woodall Batchelor, PLLC, which later, in 2021, became The Woodall Law Firm, PLLC.
Our trial attorneys focus on insurance defense, coverage, large loss subrogation, commercial litigation, construction disputes, transportation, energy, and personal injury.
Our transactional attorneys handle a broad range of business transactions for clients in various industries and often serve as “special counsel” for small to mid-size businesses.
We are located in The Woodlands, Texas, and Greater Orlando, Florida. Although our attorneys are licensed in Texas, Florida, and New York, we handle subrogation cases and coverage matters nationwide.
